really bothered by the lack of support and confidence in gaby. I understand he was playing injured the second half of last year not to mention he carried the team the first half. If he slumped the second half i believe a second year player is entitled to not be a superstar in only his second full year. Still, i think if he stays healthy all year in 2012 all these critics will be saying the same thing they said about bonifacio. Anyway, here's to gaby doing well this upcoming year and making everyone say that he was the best non move the marlins mad this off season. GO FISH!!!!!!!

Joe,
This would be the right way to bring up a young talent. He wouldn't have the pressure associated with being the "guy" and would let him come into his own. Although I do not see this faring well for Gaby. If we don't think Cespedes is a fit for center I only see him moving to left. That brings Lomo to first and Gaby out the door. Not saying that is a bad thing. We found out least year you can never have enough talent!

Thoughts?

It just doesn't make sense because Fielder would balance that lineup so perfectly and make Hanley, Stanton, and Lomo so much more dangerous. To me, it's the difference between competing for the Wild Card and winning the division outright.
