Marlins look to snap scoreless streak

MIAMI — For the first time in their history, the Marlins have been shutout in three straight games.

They have a difficult task in scoring runs on Wednesday afternoon, facing Roy Halladay and the Phillies at 12:40 p.m. ET at Marlins Park.

Miami sends Mark Buehrle to the mound. The veteran left-hander is seeking his 10th win, which would give him 12 straight seasons of reaching double-digets in victories. That would match CC Sabathia for the longest streak among active pitchers.

The Marlins giveaway on Wednesday is a Giancarlo Stanton All-Star Game poster. The original promotion was a John Buck pillowcase, but that has been moved to Sept. 2.
