Choate’s Corner arrives at The Trop
ST. PETERSBURG — Choate’s Corner, which has gained popularity at Marlins Park, is now on the road.
The personal cheering section for the Marlins bullpeb arrived at Tropicana Field on Friday.
Friends of reliever Randy Choate started Choate’s Corner. They regularly sit behind Miami’s bullpen in the left field bleachers at Marlins Park. The group of fans wave enlarged images of each reliever’s face.
Choate’s Corner has gotten some national attention, being shown recently during the introduction of ESPN’s SportsCenter.
