Special inscription on Marlins Park baseballs
MIAMI — Even catching a foul ball or home run ball at Marlins Park is like nowhere else in Major League Baseball.
To commemorate the opening of the Marlins new home, the baseballs have a special inscription on them. Displayed is a stamp that reads: “Marlins Park inaugural season 2012.”
Many thanks to Tom Jelke @tjelke for sharing this picture for the readers of The Fish Pond.

We are definitely experiencing history. Can you imagine people celebrating the Marlins Park 100th year like the people in Boston with Fenway? Awesome. Proud of being a Marlin and having a gorgeous, modern and comfortable Baseball Park.
