Roof closed for Marlins’ finale with Cubs
MIAMI — After two straight nights of the roof being open, and the window in left field closed, Marlins Park will have its first 12:40 p.m. weekday day game in Miami.
The roof will be closed for the series finale with the Cubs.
Ricky Nolasco gets the nod for the Marlins, seeking career win No. 66. Nolasco enters the day three wins shy of Dontrelle Willis’ team mark of 68.
Hanley Ramirez has a string of homering in three straight games. Omar Infante, meanwhile, will get another day to rest his strained left groin.
