Marlins HR feature to debut Wednesday
MIAMI — There has been a change in plans. The flashy Home Run feature at Marlins Park will not make its debut until Opening Night on Wednesday. 
Initially, the team was planning to unveil the 75-foot structure on Sunday against the Yankees in the first of two exhibitions at the new building.
There feature is ready to go, but the team decided to make it activate for the first time when a Miami player hits a home run. 1) Reyes
The Marlins are facing the Yankees in the first of two exhibitions at the new park on Sunday. New York is starting CC Sabathia. Miami is going with Ricky Nolasco.
The roof at the building was open in the morning. But the roof is expected to be closed when the game gets started at 1:10 p.m.
Sunday’s exhibition will be televised on Sun Sports.
