Rotation shakeup for first week

JUPITER, Fla. — Josh Johnson will get the Marlins exhibition season going when he takes the mound on Monday against the Cardinals at Roger Dean Stadium.

The Marlins face the Cardinals, who are going with Kyle Lohse at 1:05 p.m. at Roger Dean Stadium. JJ is scheduled to throw no more than 45 pitches.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Miami has a pair of split-squad days.

In the afternoon on Tuesday, Alex Sanabia will face the Tigers, while Mark Buehrle will go at night against the University of Miami at Marlins Park.

On Wednesday, Sean West will face the Mets in the afternoon, while Ricky Nolasco will get the start against Florida International University at Marlins Park.

Carlos Zambrano will match up with the Mets on Thursday at Port St. Lucie, and Wade LeBlanc is set for Friday verses the Nationals at Roger Dean Stadium.

Anibal Sanchez, who was initially set to start on Friday, is going on Saturday against the Cardinals. Sanchez is being pushed back one day due to mild soreness behind his right shoulder.
