Sanches adds relief
Brian Sanches familiarized himself with the Marlins in Spring Training.
Now, the right-hander will have a chance to contribute to the team.
The Marlins on Monday announced that they selected the contract of Sanches from Triple-A New Orleans.
Sanches was brought in to fill the roster spot of lefty John Koronka, who was designated for assignment o Sunday.
Sanches was added to provide depth to a heavily used bullpen. He was given a long look in Spring Training, but opened the year in New Orleans.
